Its nice to receive such helpful and attentive service - I will be recommending you to a friend who I used to go halves on a pig with as we have struggled to find reliable sources of Tamworth meat.

Just to let you know I roasted one of your pork joints and it was superb.
The crackling was top class and the fat made the meat very succulent.
