TERMS & CONDITIONS, DELIVERY

Ashwood will confirm acceptance of your order sent to your email address shortly after. This does not constitute a contract to supply. We will then contact you to agree a convenient day for delivery useally Thursday or Friday. and to arrange any other details. We are happy for you to Collect but must be agreed in advance.

You can pay by Paypal when ordering on-line, by personal cheque subject to clearance. We reserve the right to terminate our agreement with you if we are refused authority for payment at any stage.  

We will try to supply your order as requested but there may be occasions when items are not available or are out of stock. We aim to supply the quantities ordered as closely as possible but the nature of the product means that weights will vary. Should your order arrive in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will aim to resolve the issue by replacing the goods concerned or by refunding their value.

All weights given are approximate; we will endeavour to achieve the order as close as possible.

DELIVERY

1. Having placed your order, Ashwood will confirm acceptance of your order sent to your email address shortly after. This does not constitute a contract to supply. We will then contact you to agree a convenient day for delivery (Thursday or Friday) and to arrange any other details.
2. Your order will be delivered, normally within 5 days from the time that you place your order, although sometimes it can be up to 10 days to make sure all our meat is delivered to you having been hung properly and then freshly cut specifically to your requirements.
3. Our Rare Breed Meat is delivered fresh, either polybag packed or on trays, fully labelled and then placed into an insulated box with ice. All ready for home freezing.
4. Please make sure that we have your full address and contact details including postcode and contact name and contact phone number. It is possible to arrange delivery to a different address.
5. The delivery cost is £15 for mainland Britain ONLY. Parcels can not be sent overseas. Saturday deliveries are possible but will cost extra.
6. Your order will then be despatched from Ashwood on a ‘next day’ courier service to arrive with you
between 8am and 5pm on the expected day.
7. Due to the nature of our product we aim to make Deliveries on Thursdays and Fridays.
8. If you have not received your order by 4pm on the expected day, please phone us as soon
as possible that day and we will contact the courier and get a progress report for you.
9. As the courier arrives with your delivery you will be asked to sign for the parcel, this will
confirm to us that the product was received in good order. If there is a problem or you are
not satisfied, please contact us immediately.


This policy does not affect your legal rights
